Your co-pay is required at the time of your visit. You are responsible for any remaining balance not covered by your insurance.
We require a current insurance card and photo ID at the time of the visit.
Onsite Pharmacy
Our goal is to save you time and money. Some medications are available for purchase with cash or credit card. We will not bill insurance for medications purchased in office. We are also happy to provide you with written prescriptions to be taken to the pharmacy of your choice. If preferred, we can also electronically sent your prescriptions to any participating pharmacy. We are conveniently located just a few steps away from the CVS pharmacy at Shaw and Armstrong.

A basic office visit starts at $150
If you require imaging or injections for your condition you will be immediately notified that these will be additional expenses.
Our prices are built on complexity of medical decision-making, as well as complexity of
procedures.
Most coughs, colds, bruises, nasal congestion, and viral URIs are straight-forward.
Complex issues, generally speaking, require additional testing, such as blood/x-ray/EKG, and thus will incur a higher charge.
Your approximate costs will be discussed with you upfront, so there are no surprises.
Your bill is due at the time of the visit.
